She is owner of the PILATES BODY STUDIO in Japan. In 2005, she left her job as a scientist to become a Pilates instructor. Her dedication to Pilates and her efforts to revitalise local communities resulted in her receiving the Instructor of the Year Award in the Japanese fitness industry in 2010. Currently she is working hard to spread Lolita's Pilates in Japan.
